When I came to him, I explained my previous experiences. He listened attentively and showed me what could be done. He did not force it, nor did he attempt to overbear me with things that were not necessary for the time being. What made this collaboration ideal is his availability and communication. He does not shy away from questions. On the contrary, he takes time to not only explain but demonstrates via videos things or concepts may be a little more foreign to his clients. Furthermore, I would say I had a few "aha" or "wow, that's amazing" moments. One of them was the amazement in seeing important details I hadn't or wouldn't think of adding to my website. Positive and important things that will get the attention of prospective clients. I believe I have changed through this whole process. I feel more confident in my technological knowledge now than that I have had the opportunity to work with him.
